Suspended Ceiling Contractors is the ceilings business of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, part of the S&K Group, based in Great Barr, Birmingham. We install, replace and repair suspended ceilings for commercial, education, healthcare and industrial buildings across Great Britain.
How we work
Every job starts with a survey and a written quote that names the grid and tile products, the programme and the working hours. Work is contracted with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd and carried out by our installation teams and trusted subcontractors working under our supervision, so you have one contract and one point of contact.
We set out every ceiling from a laser datum with balanced margins, coordinate lights and services to the grid, and hand over the product data so your building records are complete. In buildings put up before 2000 we ask for the asbestos register before any strip-out.
