How the guide price works
We multiply your floor area by our guide rate for the ceiling you chose, then add for height, out-of-hours working and strip-out where you tick them. The plan shows a 600 × 600 grid set out with balanced margins, which is how we would set out your room on site.
For bulkheads, partitions, rafts and anything unusual, send us the details and we will price it properly.
