Suspended ceiling replacement in Leicestershire
Our teams carry out ceiling replacement in Leicester, Loughborough and Hinckley and across the rest of Leicestershire. Ceiling replacement means stripping out a tired, damaged or outdated suspended ceiling and fitting a new one, or re-tiling a sound grid with new tiles.
Suspended ceiling replacement for Leicestershire buildings
Education buildings in Loughborough often have older ceilings due for replacement. In pre-2000 blocks we check the asbestos register first, then programme the work for holiday periods. For shops and retail units in Leicester we programme ceilings around lease and opening dates, doing stockroom grids and shop-floor ceilings in one visit where possible.
Typical ceiling replacement jobs we price in Leicestershire include classrooms refurbished in the holidays, shop units fitted out before opening, office floors being re-tiled between tenants. Leicestershire is in the East Midlands, around 29 miles from our Birmingham base on average.

Questions people ask
Do you cover all of Leicestershire?
Yes. We take on ceiling replacement across Leicestershire, including Leicester, Loughborough and Hinckley, and nearby areas such as Rutland, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.
Can school ceiling work in Loughborough be done in the holidays?
Yes. We plan holiday programmes and agree access, keys and site rules with the school beforehand.
Can you replace just the tiles?
Yes, if the grid is straight, clean and a standard size. It is often half the cost of a new ceiling.
Do you need an asbestos survey?
For buildings built before 2000, yes, before any strip-out. If you do not have one, we can tell you what to ask a surveyor for.
