Acoustic ceilings in North Wales
Looking for acoustic ceilings in North Wales? We survey, quote and fit across the county, including Wrexham and Bangor. An acoustic ceiling uses high-absorption tiles, and sometimes denser backing, to cut echo inside a room and stop speech travelling over partitions into the next one.
Acoustic ceilings for North Wales buildings
On the industrial estates around Wrexham we fit ceilings in in-shed offices and welfare areas, using moisture-resistant tiles where washrooms and canteens need them. Schools, colleges and university buildings in Bangor usually want ceilings done in the holidays, with acoustic tiles chosen to help meet Building Bulletin 93 targets in teaching rooms.

Questions people ask
Do you cover all of North Wales?
Yes. We take on acoustic ceilings across North Wales, including Wrexham and Bangor, and nearby areas such as Merseyside, Cheshire and Shropshire.
Do you fit ceilings in warehouse offices around Wrexham?
Yes. Mezzanine offices, canteens and welfare blocks inside sheds are a regular job, planned around shifts and vehicle movements.
Will acoustic tiles stop noise from the office next door?
Only if they are chosen for attenuation as well as absorption. Many high-absorption tiles are light and let sound through. If privacy between rooms is the issue we look at denser tiles or a void barrier above the partition line.
What is the difference between NRC and αw?
Both describe sound absorption. NRC is an American average; αw is the European rating that gives the A–E class used on UK datasheets. Compare tiles using the same measure.
