Suspended ceiling replacement in Kent
We provide ceiling replacement throughout Kent, from Maidstone to Dover, for commercial, education and public buildings. Ceiling replacement means stripping out a tired, damaged or outdated suspended ceiling and fitting a new one, or re-tiling a sound grid with new tiles.
Suspended ceiling replacement for Kent buildings
For shops and retail units in Dartford we programme ceilings around lease and opening dates, doing stockroom grids and shop-floor ceilings in one visit where possible. Canterbury has plenty of older buildings, where a new ceiling has to work around window heads and existing features, and where an asbestos survey is needed before stripping out anything installed before 2000.
Typical ceiling replacement jobs we price in Kent include shop units fitted out before opening, ceilings in older buildings with low window heads, office floors being re-tiled between tenants. Kent is in the South East, around 145 miles from our Birmingham base on average.
What the job includes

Questions people ask
Do you cover all of Kent?
Yes. We take on ceiling replacement across Kent, including Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford, Dartford, Tunbridge Wells and Dover, and nearby areas such as Essex, East Sussex and Greater London.
Can you work around our shop's opening hours in Dartford?
Yes. We can fit overnight or before opening, and phase the work so the shop floor keeps trading.
Do you need an asbestos survey?
For buildings built before 2000, yes, before any strip-out. If you do not have one, we can tell you what to ask a surveyor for.
Can you replace just the tiles?
Yes, if the grid is straight, clean and a standard size. It is often half the cost of a new ceiling.
